I’m a technology leader with 15+ years of experience building healthcare software, and I’m passionate about solving problems that make this world a better place. I’m based in the Greater Chicago area.
Today I serve as SVP, Head of Engineering at Collabrios Health, where I lead Software Engineering, Security, Quality Assurance, Systems Administration, Database Administration and IT Services. Collabrios is an all-in-one platform for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), State Units on Aging (SUAs), Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs). It serves 125+ PACE organizations, 40K+ PACE participants, 22+ state government agencies and 2K+ home and community-based organizations.
Before Collabrios, I spent four years at GoodRx, most recently as Senior Director of Software Engineering. There I led the B2B engineering teams that delivered great experiences to GoodRx users and pharmacists. Before that, I spent more than a decade at TriZetto Provider Solutions, a Cognizant company. As Senior Software Engineering Manager, I ran the product analytics, data engineering and data science teams, and I worked with our client experience teams to serve 350,000+ doctors across the US.
In these roles I’ve led globally distributed teams in matrix organizations, started new revenue streams as an intrapreneur, and turned around low-performing teams while growing their size and capabilities. I’m especially passionate about using data science and digital transformation to improve healthcare outcomes.
I hold a Master’s in Information Science & Technology from Missouri S&T and a certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online. I’m a member of the Forbes Technology Council and serve on the board of the HIMSS Greater Illinois Chapter.
Outside of work, I love to travel. I’ve visited 36 US states, with 14 more to go, and my top three destinations so far are Denali National Park, Yellowstone National Park and Niagara Falls. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, spending time with my wife and friends, and watching English, Hindi and Marathi movies.
